Megan Fox sells homes, including former Bing Cosby carriage house

Actor and model Megan Fox, 29, and 90210 star Brian Austin Green are busy flipping American real estate.
The pair have sold their Toluca Lake carriage house for $2.6 million ($3,742,623) in an off-market transaction, reports the LA Times.
Currently going through divorce proceedings, citing “irreconcilable differences”, the pair did not have a prenuptial arrangement it is reported they are dividing their assets 50/50.
They bought the 1936 home two years ago for $3.35 million. Renovated in 2008, it was originally Bing Crosby’s property and Fox moved into the home after the couple sold their Los Feliz mansion for $3.75 million in 2014, having purchased it in 2010, before their marriage.
Their recently sold four-bedroom, six-bathroom carriage house, sold at a $750,000 loss, includes a saltwater swimming pool, spa, fire pit and pool house.
It’s not the only piece of prime real estate the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actor is currently moving.
Fox has also listed a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house in California for sale, with a $1.29 million ($1,855,181) asking price.
The Sherman Oaks home was bought for $899,999, before the birth of Fox’s son in 2012, according to Trulia.
The Transformers star’s 230-square-metre contemporary home was rebuilt in 2007, while the whole home is on a 563-square-metre block, located in the “fashion square area”.
Holding open homes over January weekends, the home is perfect for any fans of the next New Girl.
It includes stylish vaulted ceilings, oak wood flooring, built-in speakers and a koi pond with waterfall and seating area.
The kitchen includes an island benchtop, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry, while the master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, bath with double vanities, a make-up area and dual shower.
The home has an office, a laundry room and a powder room.
Green featured on the television show Flipping Out in July 2015. People magazine notes he did not consult Fox on air about remodelling decisions on the $5 million Camarillo house, later doing an about-turn and deciding to sell after flooding issues.
“With relationship problems between the couple predating their breakup by several months, there’s speculation they decided to sell the house because they were drifting apart while the show was filming,” reported People in August.
