This past October, the Greater Orlando Asian Real Estate Association of America hosted its annual Immigration Conference. Panelists included Garret Kenny CEO of Feltrim Properties and Suresh Gupta CEO Park Square Homes as EB5 sponsors, Ed Beshara as the leading international legal authority on immigration and Philip Leung CEO of Premier Capital Immigration, as a regional center representative and immigration agency in China. Unfiltered, the panelists discussed program benefits and challenges facing various applicants, and top of the list, the infamous EB-5.
